Ever questioned what life really is? I catch myself wondering sometimes… do I even know what life is?

Give Yourself Permission to Feel, Privately if Needed
Here’s the truth: feeling is your nature. To feel is to be alive, to be human, and to stay connected to yourself.
How to honor it without being overwhelmed:
-
Notice first: Name what you feel. “I am anxious. I am sad. I am frustrated.” Awareness is the first step.
-
Anchor your body: Slow breaths, feet on the floor, hands on a surface. Remind yourself: “I am here. I am safe.”
-
Move gently: Walk, stretch, sway. Movement signals your nervous system you’re not trapped by emotion.
-
Be private, if needed: Let tears fall in solitude. Whisper your truth. Journal. Vulnerability doesn’t need an audience.
